PEOPLE

Building long term relationships.

We talk about people, about team, about creating community. At INDI&COLD, we put people first, from those who are part of our team on a day-to-day basis to those working at every stage of our supply chain. We always strive to foster an inclusive environment where talent, collaboration and respect are at the heart of everything.

In the social arena, we focus our efforts on projects closely linked to women and ensure that our entire production process respects the ethical codes related to the brand, generating stability and continuity with our suppliers and collaborators.

All of our international suppliers have been audited by Sedex SMETA or amfori BSCI, demonstrating their commitment to ethical practices, worker welfare, and environmental responsibility.

VICENTE FERRER FOUNDATION

We’ve been collaborating with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation for over 15 years, a project that is especially important to us due to our strong bond with India. A large part of our collections are made there, which provides the handmade touch so characteristic of the brand’s DNA.

Program: “A decent home for every family”

  • Construction of 76 housing units in the village of Kondampalli
  • 380 people in rural India with access to stable housing, improving the health and quality of life of these individuals and their community
  • Homes are deeded to women, empowering them to take their rightful place in society.

Project: “Protection and schooling for children”

  • We support a network of preschools in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal.
  • 350 girls and boys aged between 3 and 6 years old
  • The schools provide a safe space for children, providing clothing, nutrition and care while their parents are at work.
WOMEN

We are a company by women, for women. 95% of our team are women, and all our projects related to art, music or gastronomy are developed hand in hand with women. Every season, our enthusiasm grows—and so does our community of collaborators. We always have female teams working on our photo campaigns. Collection after collection, we join forces with women from different disciplines.
