Today’s technology today allows us to use more responsible materials, from organic or recycled fibers to dyes without harmful chemicals. We can also employ processes that recycle water or save energy, all with the goal of reducing our ecological footprint.

This season, our most significant developments in this area are as follows:

SEAWOOL
A recycled fabric made from oyster shells and recycled plastic bottles. The result is a texture that feels like wool but doesn’t itch. It’s antibacterial, static resistant, soft to the touch, and insulating. This season, we have increased the number of garments, a development that reflects our commitment to innovative, sustainable materials with high technical performance.
ECOFINISH DYE
A technique in which dye is transported by nebulization. This method helps reduce the amount of water and chemicals needed to fix the colors. In addition, it also saves energy, as it doesn’t require hot water for the process. Aitex EcoTechnology Certificate.
E-FLOW
Technology based on nanobubbles that transport the right amount of chemicals to the garment, using minimal water zero spills. With 1L of water you get the performance of a 50L washing machine. Aitex EcoTechnology Certificate.
DIGITAL PRINT
The most environmentally friendly technique for textile printing. It has a smaller ecological footprint because it saves both water and time. No surplus fabrics are produced because there are no required production minimums.
OZONE DENIM WASH
A washing technique for jeans that uses an ozone generator. This method eliminates the need for corrosive chemicals, reducing the environmental impact of denim finishes. Aitex EcoTechnology Certificate.
WATER RESISTANT
Water resistant with sealed seams : it's a sealing process used in the fabrication of waterproof or water-resistant clothes. Through the application of heat, the seams of the garments are fused and sealed, creating a fully waterproof barrier.
